The ultimate supercharged snack.
3 small Sweet Potatoes (about 600g), scrubbed cut into wedges
2 tbsp olive oil
Beetroot dip, semi-dried tomato dip, tzatziki, to serve
1Preheat oven to 220ºC/200ºC fan-forced. Line 2 oven trays with baking paper.
2Arrange wedges on trays, leaving a space between each one. Drizzle with olive oil and bake about 30-35 minutes, turning once. Season to taste and serve with dips.
3Tip: use any selection of dips of choice.
